These frames are so cool! I’m trying to get hold of a pair IMMEDIATELY. Designed by Drift, the frames are handmade and constructed from sustainable wood. Though simplistic in design, the construction was well thought out by founder Chris Mantz, who mirrored the steel structure of his frame after the architectural “curtain wall” design (used in construction to transfer the structural weight of a building from the outer walls to the inner core). In this way, the design allows for better weight distribution on the face, (which helps to keep the frames from sliding down), while deferring any further stress on the distressed wood.
With your purchase, you not only gain the satisfaction of knowing your rocking some of the hottest frames, you can also be content knowing that a small percentage of your purchase will be donated to help U.S. companies around the world work to improve our planet.
Want a pair? There line is only available in select areas (unfortunately Atlanta isn’t one of them), click here to view the list of dealers.
