What can you create with a Bic ballpoint pen? Spanish Artist Juan Francisco Casas has managed to capture and recreate the candid quirky sporadic moments that are filled with so much life and energy. The photos, at least for me, all bring you back to a time where nothing was pressing, everything was done in leisure and fun. I’ve kept myself busy a time or two in class equipped with nothing more than a piece of paper and a ballpoint pen, but I’ve never conjured up something as incredible as this collection. The pictures, so lifelike, could almost be mistaken for actual photos. His drawings all scale around ten feet tall and are inspired from his personal collection of photos taken on nights out with his friends.
