These exotic jellyfish inspired chandeliers are simply beautiful. Entitled Villa Medusa, this exhibition of large scale chandeliers was designed by artist and sculpture Timothy Horn. After reviewing the jellyfish engravings of the 19th century German zoologist Ernst Haeckel, Horn was compelled to design his own collection. Though the exhibit, made up of three chandeliers, is said to have taken about three years to make, the end result is timeless. I could gaze at the intricate detailing for hours. They would make the perfect display in any upscale seafood restaurant.
