Who would have guessed something so original could be created from a simple assortment of cardboard boxes? Amsterdam studio Sander Architecten has once again pushed the boundaries of design and creativity with their newest project for the Rabobank located in the Netherlands. Inside the five-story building, the team decided to redefine the space creating small meeting areas created and framed by cardboard boxes. The visual texture and detailing created by the material makes it a stunning visual complete with cutouts that allow insight into the surrounding spaces. It’s a brilliant idea and I find it altogether to be quite visual inspiring.
